लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल राज शुक्ला को हिमाचल के शिमला स्थित नए सेना प्रशिक्षण कमान प्रमुख के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया। लेफ्टिनेंट शुक्ला वर्तमान में सेना मुख्यालय में तैनात हैं और बल के प्रशिक्षण पहलुओं की देखभाल के लिए प्रभारी होंगे।
