भोपाल एयरपोर्ट पर कांस्य पदक विजेता और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय हॉकी टीम के सदस्य विवेक सागर का मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस और खेल विभाग ने उनका जोशीला स्वागत किया। खेल मंत्री विश्वास सारंग खुद सागर का वेलकम करने एयरपोर्ट पहुंचे।

सागर ने मुख्यमंत्री के कास्य पदक जितने पर एक करोड़ रुपए की राशि देने की घोषणा करने पर कहा कि यह एक स्पोटर्स खिलाड़ी के लिए बहुत बड़ी बात है। जब आप अच्छा करते है और आपकी सरकार प्रोत्साहन के रूप में बढ़ावा देती है और मोटिवेशन देती है। सागर ने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास रहेगा कि हम अच्छा प्रदर्शन करें। खेल मंत्री विश्वास सारंग ने कहा कि विवेक और पूरी टीम ने हमारा गौरव बढ़ाया। मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस के डीआईजी एसएएफ मुख्यालय, डॉ. कल्याण चक्रवर्ती, 7वीं वाहिनी के कमांडेंट ने उनका स्वागत किया। मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस खेल विभाग के 50 खिलाड़ी डीएसपी विवेक सागर की अगवानी की।
