कार्यक्रम का समापन करते हुए महामहिम द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने संबोधन किया। उन्होंने दादासाहेब फाल्के अवॉर्ड जीतने वाले अभिनेता मोहनलाल को बधाई देते हुए उनकी तारीफ की। उन्होंने मोहनलाल की फिल्मों की भी सराहना की। इस दौरान राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने सिनेमा में महिलाओं की बढ़ती सक्रियता और महिला आधारित फिल्मों के निर्माण पर भी खुशी जताई।
इस मौके पर मोहनलाल ने अपने संबोधन में कहा- 'सिनेमा मेरी आत्मा और मेरा दिल है। मुझे यह सम्मान देने के लिए सभी का शुक्रिया।'
