पुजारा हाल फिलहाल में इंग्लैंड दौरे पर कमेंट्री करते दिखे थे। उन्होंने अपना आखिरी टेस्ट जून 2023 में इंग्लैंड में ही खेला था। उनका आखिरी टेस्ट या यूं कहें अंतरराष्ट्रीय मैच ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ केनिंग्टन ओवल में खेला गया विश्व टेस्ट चैंपियनशिप 2023 फाइनल था। ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने इस मुकाबले में भारतीय टीम को शिकस्त दी थी।
