JPC: वक्फ समिति की बैठक में विपक्षी सदस्यों का हंगामा, अध्यक्ष पर उचित प्रक्रिया न पालन करने का लगाया आरोप
वक्फ (संशोधन) विधेयक की जांच कर रही संयुक्त संसदीय समिति की बैठक से हंगामा करते हुए विपक्षी सदस्यों ने आरोप लगाया कि इसकी कार्यवाही मजाक बनकर रह गई है। कांग्रेस, डीएमके, आप और टीएमसी सांसदों ने समिति के अध्यक्ष जगदंबिका पाल के आचरण का विरोध किया और आरोप लगाया कि वे उचित प्रक्रिया पूरी किए बिना 29 नवंबर की समयसीमा तक इसकी कार्यवाही समाप्त करना चाहते थे।

कांग्रेस नेता गौरव गोगोई ने कहा कि लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने संकेत दिया था कि समिति को विस्तार दिया जा सकता है, लेकिन ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि कोई 'बड़ा मंत्री' जगदंबिका पाल की कार्रवाई को निर्देशित कर रहा था। टीएमसी सांसद बनर्जी ने कहा, यह मजाक है।

वाईएसआर कांग्रेस के सांसद ने लगाया आरोप
वहीं वाईएसआर कांग्रेस के सांसद वी विजयसाई रेड्डी ने कहा कि भाजपा से गठबंधन न करने वाली सभी पार्टियां विस्तार चाहती हैं, लेकिन जगदंबिका पाल ने अपना काम पूरा करने का आह्वान किया ताकि 29 नवंबर को रिपोर्ट लोकसभा में पेश की जा सके।

इधर एआईएमआईएम सांसद और जेपीसी सदस्य असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा, 'अधिदेश यह है कि रिपोर्ट 29 (नवंबर) को दी जानी चाहिए। हम इसे कैसे दे सकते हैं, इसके लिए एक प्रक्रिया का पालन किया जाना चाहिए जो नहीं किया गया है... सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि इस समिति ने बिहार, पश्चिम बंगाल का दौरा नहीं किया है... यह समिति सभी हितधारकों को आने की अनुमति क्यों नहीं दे रही है?
