Sushant Singh Rajput Case Live Updates: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिया सीबीआई जांच का आदेश, जानिए दिनभर का अपडेट

बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) के कमिश्नर इकबाल सिंह ने कहा कि सीबीआई अगर सात दिनों के लिए मुंबई आती है तो उसे क्वारंटीन से छूट मिलेगी और अगर ज्यादा रुकना है तो इसके लिए ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से अप्लाइ करना होगा।

महाराष्ट्र के गृह मंत्री अनिल देशमुख से यह पूछे जाने पर कि क्या मुंबई पुलिस सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मामले में समानांतर जांच करेगी? इस पर गृह मंत्री ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुच्छेद 34 के अनुसार राज्य सरकार विचार करेगी।

महाराष्ट्र के गृह मंत्री अनिल देशमुख ने कहा कि हम सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसले का स्वागत करते हैं और सीबीआई को जो भी सहयोग की जरूरत होगी हम प्रदान करेंगे। यह मुंबई पुलिस के लिए गर्व की बात है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने देखा कि उनकी जांच में कोई गलती नहीं मिली है।

महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व सीएम देवेंद्र फडनवीस ने कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना आदेश दे दिया है। अब राज्य सरकार को आत्म मंथन करना चाहिए कि वह जनता की भावनाओं से क्यों खेलती है।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के पिता केके सिंह ने कहा कि केवल मैं और मेरी बेटी ही परिवार के हैं और हमने वरुण सिंह को वकील बनाया है। उनके माध्यम से ही वरिष्ठ वकील विकास सिंह परिवार का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा किसी का भी बयान आधिकारिक नहीं होगा।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की भाभी नूतन सिंह ने कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट भगवान का मंदिर है। भगवान के घर देर है, अंधेर नहीं। सच को कोई पराजित नहीं कर सकता। हम आज के फैसले का स्वागत करते हैं।

वहीं, शिवसेना नेता संजय राउत ने कहा कि महाराष्ट्र न्याय और सच्चाई के लिए लड़ने में हमेशा आगे रहा है। राउत ने आरोप लगाया कि नेताओं ने मुंबई पुलिस का नाम खराब किया। उन्होंने कहा, 'मुंबई पुलिस की सत्यनिष्ठा पर संदेह करना 'साजिश' थी।' हालांकि इसमें उन्होंने किसी का नाम नहीं लिया। उन्होंने कहा, 'कानून से ऊपर कोई नहीं है। उच्चतम न्यायालय के फैसले के बाद इस पर राजनीतिक टिप्पणी करना उचित नहीं है।'

फडणवीस ने न्यायालय के फैसले का किया स्वागत किया है। उन्होंने ट्वीट किया, 'एक ऐसा निर्णय जो न्यायपालिका पर विश्वास को बढ़ाता है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने जिस प्रकार से इस मामले को देखा, उसे अब आत्मविश्लेषण की जरूरत है। अब हम सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मामले में और उनके प्रशंसकों के लिए न्याय की उम्मीद करते हैं।'
