उच्चतम न्यायालय ने शुक्रवार को उस याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से मना कर दिया है जिसमें जेट एयरवेज को यात्रियों को रिफंड देने में नाकामयाब होने पर दिशा-निर्देश देने की मांग की गई थी। इस याचिका को बेजन कुमार मिश्रा ने अपने वकील शशांक देव सूढी के जरिए दायर किया था।
