West Bengal Governor M K Narayanan today rued that the quality of PhD thesis are not upto the mark these days.
Delivering the convocation of Vidyasagar University, he said the standard of education has fallen down which is reflected in the quality of thesis submitted by PhD candidates in the country.
This has also affected the pride of education, Narayanan said.
