उच्चतम न्यायालय ने गुरुवार को भाजपा नेता और वकील अश्विनी उपाध्याय द्वारा दायर जनहित याचिका में पूर्व सांसद अतीक अहमद द्वारा दायर किए गए प्रत्यारोपण आवेदन को सांसदों/ विधायकों से संबंधित मामलों को निपटने के लिए विशेष अदालत की स्थापना की अनुमति दे दी है।
