राष्ट्रपति भवन पहुंचे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, राष्ट्रपति कोविंद ने दिया सरकार बनाने का न्योता

इसके साथ ही राष्ट्रपति ने नरेंद्र मोदी से अनुरोध किया कि वह केंद्रीय मंत्रिपरिषद के सदस्यों की नियुक्ति के लिए नाम सुझाएं। राष्ट्रपति ने उनसे यह भी कहा कि वह राष्ट्रपति भवन में आयोजित होने वाले शपथ ग्रहण समारोह की तारीख और समय भी सुझाएं।

राष्ट्रपति को 353 सांसदों का समर्थन पत्र सौंपने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा, 'राष्ट्रपति ने आज मुझे प्रधानमंत्री पर पर नियुक्ति का पत्र सौंपा। देश ने मुझे बहुत बड़ा जनादेश दिया है और यह जनादेश लोगों की अपेक्षाओं के साथ आया है।'
