एनआईए कोर्ट के विशेष न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति विवेकानंद शरण त्रिपाठी ने सरकार बनाम सलीम व अन्य के मामले में गुरुवार को यह फैसला सुनाया। अदालत ने दोष सिद्ध हो चुके आरोपी बरकतुल्लाह के खिलाफ गैर जमानतीय अधिपत्र (एनबीडब्ल्यू) जारी करने का भी आदेश दिया।
Special NIA court judge Justice Vivekanand Sharan Tripathi pronounced this verdict on Thursday in the case of Government vs Salim and others. The court also ordered the issuance of a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against convicted accused Barkatullah.
