यूपी के श्रावस्ती में राप्ती नदी की कछार में बसे लक्ष्मनपुर गंगापुर से निकला युवक पहले कबाड़ी फिर मौलाना बाद में मदरसा संचालक बन गया। इस दौरान जहां उसने खूब दौलत व सोहरत कमाया। वहीं खुद को अपने धंधे को भी दागदार करने में पीछे नहीं रहा। इतना ही नहीं दीनी तालीम की आड़ में न सिर्फ अय्याशी किया। बल्कि पकड़े जाने पर निकाह कर दाग धोने का प्रयास भी किया।
