2:34 PM- अलका लांबा लगातार ईवीएम में गड़बड़ी का आरोप लगा रही हैं। उसी बीच भाजपा व‌िधायक स‌िरसा खड़े होकर अलका लांबा की बात पर आपत्त‌ि जता रहे हैं।

2:26 PM- ‌व‌‌िजेंद्र गुप्ता को बाहर न‌िकाले जाने के बाद सदन की कार्रवाई दोबारा शुरु हुई। अलका लांबा ने ईवीएम पर बोलना शुरु क‌िया।

2:24 PM- बाउंस व‌िजेंद्र गुप्ता को बाहर ले गए।

2:15 PM- स्पीकर ने विजेंद्र गुप्ता से कहा कि आप संविधान का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं। सदन कैसे चलता है ये देखने के लिए आपको लोकसभा की कार्रवाई देखनी चाहिए। दरअसल विजेंद्र गुप्ता 1 हजार करोड़ के भ्रष्टाचार पर चर्चा चाहते हैं लेकिन स्पीकर ने कहा कि जो काम सूचीबद्ध है सिर्फ वो ही किए जाएंगे।

2:10 PM- अपनी सीट पर खड़े हुए भाजपा के व‌िधायक और अपनी बात रखने की कोश‌िश की तो स्पीकर ने उन्हें बैठा द‌िया और उनका स्पीकर भी बंद करा द‌िया।

2:08 PM- नवन‌िर्वाच‌ित व‌िधायक मनज‌िंदर स‌िंह स‌िरसा का औपचा‌र‌िक स्वागत क‌िया। दिल्ली विधानसभा का विशेष सत्र शुरु होने से पहले केजरीवाल ने व्ह‌िप जारी कर सभी व‌िधायकों को सदम में मौजूद रहने को कहा है। अपनों से जूझ रही आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार के मुखिया सत्र में भाजपा की अगुवाई वाली केन्द्र सरकार पर हमला बोलने की तैयारी में हैं। इसके संकेत देते हुए सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने एक ट्वीट भी किया है।

इस बीच दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी ने आम आदमी पार्टी में चल रहे घमासान पर प्रेस कांफ्रेंस कर कहा कि 'झूठ का मतलब केजरीवाल' है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि दिल्ली में रोज पाप का घड़ा फूटता है और आप ने दिल्ली में को बरबाद कर रखा है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया क‌ि आम आदमी पार्टी जब हलफनामा देती है तो आईटी से कहती है कि हमें 2013-14 में 50 लाख 64 हजार का चंदा म‌िला लेक‌िन बाद में वेबसाइट पर द‌िखाती है कि 19 करोड़ 82 लाख का ही चंदा म‌िला। चंदे के इसी अंतर पर हमला बोलते हुए दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी पूछते हैं कि क्या यही रकम अब बरस रही है केजरीवाल पर और क्या इसी रकम को लेकर पार्टी में घमासान मचा हुआ है।


जहां दिल्ली सचिवालय स्थित स्वास्थ्य सचिव के दफ्तर में सीबीआई की छापेमारी, दिल्ली समेत देश के तमाम हिस्सों में हुए चुनाव में ईवीएम गड़बड़ी और आम आदमी पार्टी के विदेश से मिले चंदे की जानकारी के लिए नोटिस पर चर्चा करने की तैयारी है। इसके अलावा सुकमा में नक्सलियों के शिकार हुए शहीद जवान और कश्मीर के शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि भी दी जाएगी।   
          
आम में बवाल के पूर्व विशेष सत्र बुलाने के लिए गए फैसले के बाद पूर्व मंत्री कपिल मिश्रा के 2 करोड़ का बम, 50 करोड़ रुपये की डील और सत्येंद्र जैन पर लगातार बोले गए हमले को देखते हुए सत्र में बड़े हंगामे के संकेत मिल रहे हैं। विपक्ष केभाजपा विधायक भी भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दे पर कार्यस्थगन व ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव की तैयारी में हैं। हालांकि सोमवार देर रात तक भी सत्र का एजेंडा पूरी तरह से फाइनल नहीं हुआ था।      
       
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और सत्येंद्र जैन के अलावा सत्ताधीश नेताओं पर हमले में पूर्व मंत्री आसिम अहमद खान, संदीप कुमार के अलावा पार्टी विधायकों की तरफ से किनारे किए गए कुछ विधायकों के भी भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दे पर हंगामा करने की तैयारी है। इस बीच अरविंद केजरीवाल गुट के विधायकों में भी गुस्सा है जिसकी वजह से हंगामा बढ़ सकता है।
             
देशभर में वस्तु एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम लागू किए जाने के मामले में भी सत्र में चर्चा की तैयारी है। इस कानून को दिल्ली में लागू करने के लिए मंजूरी भी दी जा सकती है।
