What to do if my transaction fails, but the money is deducted from my account?+
If the transaction fails, any amount deducted will be reversed back to your account. First, check your bank account statement to see if the money has been reversed. If it is not reversed in 2 to 3 days, you can raise dispute against that transaction from the bank. As it requires the bank to manually settle the funds, it might take up to 7 working days for the amount to get reversed to your bank account
Can my subscription be automatically renewed?+
