Inspiration is really important for wedding styling. You could say there is a secret and there isn't one either. The recent #Virushka wedding must have sought inspiration from many creative places for it to have worked in such a big way. The sources of inspiration can be many and we tend to borrow even subconsciously. For this Bridelan editorial, for example, we were inspired by sources as disparate as the cinema of Yash Chopra and Wes Anderson, Claude Monet and Impressionists art, European natural landscapes, American wedding photography, elegant Indian clothing and the key factor also being the day light in Europe. Our work blends imagination with creative innovation, borrowing from classics that have gracefully existed in the history of popular culture. An Elegant Affair (editorial): circa 2015. Styled and produced by @BridelanIndia, starring @dishapatani. Disha and Parul are wearing @sabyasachiofficial.
