- सुबह योगासन-प्राणायाम जरूर करें।
- कपालभाति, अनुलोम-विलोम, भस्त्रिका, भ्रामरी जरूर करें।
- सकारात्मक सोच वालों से मित्रता करें।
- 6-8 घंटे की अपनी नींद पूरी लें।
- कम और ज्यादा नींद मानसिक परेशानियों का कारण होती है।
- बच्चों के साथ बातें करें।
- घूमने के लिए समय-समय पर जाएं।
भारत में मानसिक रोगों का इलाज करने वाले सिस्टम को पहले खुद का इलाज करना होगा, मगर शुरुआत अपने-आप से करें, हिम्मत नहीं हारें और अपनी जिंदगी से प्यार करें, डिप्रेशन आपको डरा सकता है मगर हरा नहीं सकता।
